1. Nature of Aesthetic Services

ViveLuxe Aesthetic Inc provides elective medical aesthetic services including injectables, laser treatments, and body contouring procedures. Because these services involve the time and clinical expertise of licensed practitioners, as well as the use of specialized medical-grade products and equipment, our refund policy reflects the nature of these services.

2. Completed Treatments

All services rendered at ViveLuxe Aesthetic Inc are provided on a non-refundable basis. No refunds will be issued for completed treatments. Prior to any procedure, clients receive a thorough consultation, have the opportunity to ask questions, and sign an informed consent form acknowledging the nature of the treatment and understanding that individual results may vary.

3. Pre-Paid Treatment Packages

For clients who purchase pre-paid treatment packages or series, unused portions may be refunded on a prorated basis, minus an administrative processing fee, provided cancellation is requested in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Pre-paid packages are non-transferable to other individuals. Any remaining balance after 12 months from the date of purchase will be forfeited, as this policy ensures product and service pricing integrity.

4. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice:

  • A cancellation fee may be applied to your account.
  • Pre-paid package sessions may be forfeited for no-shows without adequate notice.
  • Repeat no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
  • We understand that emergencies occur and will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion.

5. Product Returns

Retail skincare products purchased from ViveLuxe Aesthetic Inc may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. Opened products are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations. Defective or damaged products will be exchanged at no charge.

6. Exceptions and Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes — as results vary based on individual physiology and skin type — we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your treatment outcome, please contact us within 14 days of your procedure. We will schedule a complimentary follow-up consultation to assess results and determine if any corrective measures are appropriate.
